Kracker Jax disk series blast disk protection from your disk. I have disk version from 1 to 7. Each one would contain about 100 parameters. Also included a ‘Fast Copy’, which appeared to be the same on the Geosbuster disk.

Keymaster
Keymaster was a program by Jim Drew. Included copier and the Keymaster which unlocked protected disk by removing the protection schemes on them. It included 50 Keys and updated included 25-50 more. There was three KEY’s (parameter) Disk released. They are known as the #1 the Blue Dot, #2 the Green Dot and #3 the Red dot.

Hack U
Hack U – a school for higher learning. Included the CSM Newsleter Compendium, CBM Protection Manual and Kracker Jax Revealed Books. These can all still be found today in PDF version. Use a C64 search engine to find them.
Geosbusters
Geosbusters was a utility to crack Geos software. You could easily copy a Geos disk, but the first time you ran your original Geos disk if would write a two byte serial number on it. Next time you load the program if the serial number doesn’t match the disk would reboot. Read Lockpick #2 for tons more info on Geos protection. This ad was for version #3, but I have also seen a version #4. The disk also included a ‘Fast Copy’ program. When I ran it, it was the Fast Copy by Kracker Jax, see the photos below.
ISEPIC (1985)
ISEPIC was a Freeze cartridge released by Starpoint Software. Pronounced as Ice-Pick. I don’t think this was the first freeze cartridge, but it was one of the first. Again a ‘Freeze’ cartridge was great for by-passing start up copy protection. Basically you just wait until the program loads to the title or start screen and press the freeze button. The cartridge will save a ‘snaphot’ of the computers memory to disk that you can reload at a future time.
I also owned this one in the 80’s and still have it and the original box it came in.
Final Cartridge I & III
Final Cartridge was a Fast loader and a Freeze cartridge plus tons more.
Also included a built in Reset Button. A few other features included: screen dump, printing, 24K extra RAM, BASIC 4.0 commands, Toolkit, Machine Language monitor.
There was also a Final Cartridge II, but I have not seen any ads for it.
