Parameter Cross Ref #9 FOUND
After years of searching my friend Craig E has found Volume 9 of the Original Parameter Cross Reference. I had always thought Volume 8 was the last one released by Edward Mallang III. This is 155 pages of data on how to copy programs.

INSTA Cartridge
Was the INSTA Cartridge a form of copy protection? Maybe a Dongle?
