Pool of Radiance by SSI also uses a code wheel. I have used this printout before and it works very well. Just use an Exacto knife to cut out the holes on the top wheels (#1-6) then line up the center holes and you are all set to use.
The Mars Saga does have disk protection on it called Pirateslayer. But there is also a codewheel used in this game when the player enters a city from the surface. Below is a code wheel you can print out and use. Trump Castle was also called ‘The Ultimate Casino Gambling Simulation’ by Capstone. This game used off disk protection scheme which was the below code sheet. It also used a light blue ink, which was ‘maybe?’ hard to photocopy? I don’t know, my scanner had no problems. Here it is:
Steel Thunder by Accolade had Rapidlok copy protection on the disk, BUT there was also this dark red sheet you needed to play the game. I guess the dark red was hard to photocopy ‘back in the day’? But my scanner had no problem scanning it in and converting it to black and white.

This is my personal Commodore Master Parameter reference. This picks up where the Original Parameter Cross Reference Vol#8 left off. I have over 1400 titles on this list about 25% that is not on the original list. I also only list THREE programs per title. I made this list for my own personal use and did not need to list every single parameter program, I decided three choices was enough.
